Refund policy

At Anime Pakistan, we want you to love your gear. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll fix it right away.

1. Eligibility (3-Day Window)

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken figure, damaged ring).
  • You received the wrong product or design.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

2. How to Claim

Send an unboxing video or a clear photo of the damaged/wrong item along with your Order Number via WhatsApp or email.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Free Replacement: We will ship a fresh item at zero extra cost.
  • COD Refunds: Approved refunds are sent directly via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Our Mistake (Damaged/Wrong Item): We cover all return delivery charges.
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays for return courier fees.
