At AnimePakistan.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase/order number may be required.

  • Damaged or defective products may require photos or an unboxing video.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or simply no longer wanting the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Return Shipping

If the issue was caused by us, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
